Rosa is the water element, the essence or life force of the plant. An invitation to focus awareness on the most subtle forms and frequencies, working on our physical body, energetic field and the sacred spaces in which we reside.
Rosa Sacred is the hydro-sol of Tulsi (Holy Basil) — a highly regarded sacred plant, a heart-mind harmoniser, with a fresh, green anise-like aroma. This lively aromatic mist feels protective, cleansing, and heart-opening, and can be used to prepare our physical self, as well as setting sacred space for meditation, ceremony, or daily ritual.
Nat's Tips
To cleanse and clear the subtle etheric body (energetic fields), mist Rosa Sacred over the physical body and the space immediately surrounding. Spray into the air and step forward into the light mist, letting it fall over the crown of the head and shoulders, as you inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. Repeat this style of breath at least three times and bring to mind any intention you would like to call forward.
To set space (for meditation or any modality of healing work with yourself or others), mist Rosa Sacred into the space you'll be working in. Bring forward any intention you have for yourself and / or the others entering this space. For practitioners Rosa Sacred can be used to clear space energetically between clients and also used intuitively throughout the session as required.
Rosa Sacred paves the beginning or completion to any of your chosen skin health rituals of cleansing, self massage, or breath-work.
Rosa Sacred can be sprayed directly onto skin and while Rosa is the preferred option for sensitive skin concerns, the hydrosol of Tulsi offers another aromatic option to those preferring a non-floral experience.
